Our Course Facilitators

Meg James

Meg’s goal as a teacher is to make meditation and mindfulness as accessible as possible. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Yoga and Meditation Teaching with the Australian Yoga Academy and is currently completing the final year of her Psychology degree with Swinburne University.

Dylan Newman

Dylan is a graduate of the Cultivating Emotional Balance Teacher Training program, endorsed by the Dalai Lama and taught by leading Buddhist scholar Dr. Alan Wallace and Psychologist Dr Paul Ekman. He is holds a deep knowledge of Buddhist practice and is a powerful teacher and speaker on spirituality and Buddhist philosophy.
